Your contract for service with Payless Power includes the following: this TOS; the Electricity Facts Label (EFL); Your Rights as a Customer (YRAC); and the Prepaid Disclosure Statement (PDS). Together these documents represent the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior understandings, whether verbal or written.
