This Consultant Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of August 1, 2023 (“Effective Date”) by and between Richwood Crime Control and Prevention District, a special purpose district of the City of Richwood and the State of Texas ("CLIENT") and Avenu Insights & Analytics, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“CONSULTANT”), collectively the Parties. In consideration of the mutual promises herein contained and other good and valuable consideration, the adequacy and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
