THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is dated this day of May, 2015 and is entered into between the Village of Westmont (“Village”) and the Board of Library Trustees of the Village of Westmont (“Library”)(individual parties to this Agreement may be referred to as a “Party”; collectively, all parties to this Agreement may be referred to as the “Parties”).
