These Terms of Service constitute an agreement (this “Agreement”) by and between Dialog Enterprises Inc., a corporation whose principal place of business is 100 Signal Hill Road, St. John’s, NL, A1A 1B3, Canada, carrying on business as Rally (“Rally”) and the corporation, LLC, partnership, sole proprietorship, or other business entity executing this Agreement (“Customer”). This Agreement is effective as of the date Customer clicks “Accepted and Agreed To” (the “Effective Date”). Customer’s use of and Rally’s provision of Rally’s Spellbook AI Platform (as defined below in Section 1.9) are governed by this Agreement.
