Biscayne Blvd., 3rd Floor, Miami, FL 33131, and CITYPLACE HOTEL, LLC, a Delaware limited Liability Company, whose address is c/o Related Companies, L.P., 60 Columbus Circle, 19th Floor, New York, New York 10023 (“CP Hotel”), hereinafter collectively “Grantor”, in favor of PALM BEACH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is Governmental Center, 301 N. Olive Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401 (“County”).
