The undersigned representative of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Yan Smith Block Company, LLC, a corporation, (Respondent) enter into this Expedited Settlement Agreement (Agreement) to resolve Respondenfs civil penalty liability for allegedly discharging industrial stormwater without a permit at the Site. On March 27, 2019, EPA issued an Information Request pursuant to Section 308 of the Clean Water Act (Act), 33 U.S.C§ 1318, to Yan Smith Company, Inc., from which information was also provided for the Respondent's facility at 10478 Hwy 78, Summerville, SC 29483 (Site).
