(the “Interested Party”) and Derek Pierce of Healthcare Management Partners, LLC, acting solely in his capacity as court-appointed receiver (the “Receiver”) for the senior housing facility commonly known as The Glen at Lake Oconee Village, and located at 1070 Old Salem Road, Greensboro, Greene County, Georgia, (collectively, the “Facility”), and supersedes any prior confidentiality agreement between the parties relating to the matters set forth in this Agreement.
