This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into by the Mexico City Government, through the General Coordination of Advisors and International Affairs Coordinator Mexico City (hereinafter referred as the “CGAAI CDMX”), with offices in República de Chile 6, Centro Histórico, 06010 México, duly represented by PhD. Diana Alarcón González, the Mixed Fund for Tourism Promotion of Mexico City (hereinafter referred as the “FMPT CDMX”), with offices in República de Chile 6, Centro Histórico, 06010 México, duly represented by Lic. Christian Leslie García Romero, and on the other hand, Airbnb Ireland UC (hereinafter referred as “Airbnb”), with registered offices in 3 Dublin Landings, North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Dublin, D01C4E0, Ireland, duly represented in this MOU by Sean Carroll. CGAAI CDMX, FMPT and Airbnb are hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Parties”.
