This Settlement and Release Agreement (“Agreement” or “Settlement Agreement”) is entered into by and between Paychex, Inc. (“Defendant”), and Monique Roberts (“Plaintiff”) individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class, in the case of Roberts v. Paychex, Inc. No. 19- CH-00205, currently pending in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, Chancery Division (the “Litigation”). Defendant and Plaintiff are each referred to herein as a “Party” and are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
