BY THIS LEASE (hereinafter "Agreement"), the STATE OF WASHINGTON, Department of Natural Resources, (hereinafter "State") leases to «Lessee_Name_CAPS» (hereinafter "Lessee") the premises in «County» County, Washington, the legal description of which is set forth in Exhibit 1A, upon the terms and conditions and for the consideration enumerated herein.
