This Agreement amends the FY2019 and FY2020 Community Services Performance Contract (the “Contract”) bearing the effective date of July 1, 2019 between the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (the “Department” or “Agency”) and the Hanover County Community Services Board (the “CSB”), (referred to collectively as the “Parties”).
