This Amendment (the “Amendment”) amends the Interconnection Agreement by and between Illinois Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Illinois (“AT&T ILLINOIS”) (previously referred to as “SBC Illinois”) and Level 3 Communications, LLC (“Level 3”). AT&T ILLINOIS and Level 3 are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
