These terms of use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User” or “Users”) and WeTrade Capital Limited (licence number: MB/22/0100), which is regulated by Labuan Financial Services Authority with a registered office at Unit Level 9F (2), Main Office Tower, Financial Park Labuan, Jalan Merdeka, 87000, Federal Territory Labuan, Malaysia ("WeTrade"). A client of WeTrade is eligible to open a maximum of eight accounts to provide you with services related to foreign exchange contract transactions (“Services”), WeTrade is committed to the implementation and the compliance of the Anti-Money Laundering / Counter Financing for Terrorism requirements, as and when required.
