THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into by and between HARLOW’S SCHOOL BUS SERVICE, INC., Bismarck, North Dakota hereinafter referred to as HARLOW’S and BISMARCK PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1, Bismarck, North Dakota hereinafter referred to as BPS, under authorization granted by the Bismarck Public School Board during its meeting on November 24, 2014.
