The purpose of this Agreement is to provide lawful and orderly collective bargaining relations between the Company and the employeescovered by this Agreement through the Union, to secure prompt and fair disposition of grievances, to eliminate interruption of work and interference with efficient operations of the Company’s business, and to maintain fair wages, hours and working conditions for the said employees. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes all prior Agreements, if any, between the parties hereto.
