FiledDecember 10th, 2013This memorandum responds to a request by the City Council to describe the business terms included in the disposition and development agreement (Property DDA) between the Redevelopment Agency (Agency) and Rotunda Garage LP (Developer) for the sale and lease of four parcels located adjacent to the Rotunda Building on a block bounded by 16th Street, 17th Street and San Pablo Avenue in the Central District (Property) to develop a 320-space public parking garage, approximately 3,000 square feet of adjacent retail, and a temporary surface parking lot (Project).
