AI Software, LLC, d/b/a Capacity (“Capacity”) has updated our Services Agreement. If you are a new Subscriber, then this Services Agreement will be effective as to any Service Order entered into after April 1, 2021. If you are an existing Subscriber as of April 1, 2021, Capacity is providing you with prior notice of the changes to our Services Agreement which will be effective as to your existing Service Order(s) as of May 1, 2021.
