This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into between the St. Charles County Center for Advanced Professional Studies (“CAPS”) Agreement (“Agreement”) and the Board of Education for the undersigned School District (“Board” or “District”), as of the date of full execution as shown by the signatures below. This MOU is effective at the beginning of the 2018-2019 school year.
