This Contract is subject to certain provisions required by Appendix II to the Uniform Rules (Contract Provisions for non-Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards) as required by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) found at 2 C.F.R. §§ 200.317 – 200.326. All FEMA-mandated terms control in the event of a conflict with any other provisions of this Agreement. The Contractor must not perform any act, fail to perform any act or refuse to comply with any County requests if doing so would cause the County to violate the FEMA terms and conditions.
