THIS AGREEMENT entered into this day of , 2010, between the VILLAGE OF VINTON, hereinafter called “MUNICIPALITY”, and the COUNTY OF EL PASO, TEXAS hereinafter called “COUNTY” by and through its duly authorized officials, pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, and for the purpose of providing certain services relating to the operation of the On-Site Sewage Facility Program, hereinafter called “OSSF”.
