THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into, effective the 1st day of July 2020 by and BETWEEN the CITY OF ROMULUS, hereinafter referred to as the “EMPLOYER” and LOCAL UNION NO. 214 of the State, County and Municipal Workers, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America, hereinafter referred to as the “UNION.”
