The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC” or “System Agency”) and Bluebonnet Trails Community Center MHMR Services (“Grantee” or “Local Government”), which are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” to the Mental Health Grant Program for Justice- Involved Individuals contract established under Senate Bill 292, 85th Legislature Regular Session 2017 (“MH/SB292”), effective on February 14, 2019, and denominated Contract No. HHS000406600001 (the “Contract”), now desire to amend the Contract.
