By executing this START-UP LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR ApP Lite (“Agreement”), Licensor (hereinafter defined) and Licensee (hereinafter defined) are agreeing to a license of Licensed Software (hereinafter defined) and/or a rental of Reference Board (hereinafter defined), for the purpose of the sales of ApP Lite (hereinafter defined in Terms and Conditions), in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
