We understand that we will be responsible for the Tenant’s portion of rent due for the apartment/house/condo located at . Furthermore, while the Tenant has a security deposit paid towards a Lease Agreement, we further agree to pay for any damages to said property as a result of neglect or poor housekeeping, except reasonable wear and tear.
