THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2022, by and between the City of Joplin, Missouri, a Missouri Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as “City,” and Matrix Consulting Group, Ltd, a California Corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Consultant,” and with City and Consultant being referred to collectively as “the Parties.”
