THIS AGREEMENT is dated and made between (the “Customer”) and MUFG Bank, Ltd. (the “Bank”) in relation to the Services (as defined below) utilized by the Customer. The Customer shall, upon the Customer’s execution of this Agreement use the Services. The Bank shall provide the Services to the Customer. The Services shall be provided through the System.
