This Agreement is made and entered into between the City of Portland, acting by and through the Portland Bureau of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as City, and the Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet), a municipal corporation of the state of Oregon and a mass transit district under ORS Chapter 267, hereinafter referred to as TriMet.
