This Agreement is entered into by University of North Texas, 1155 Union Circle #311040, Denton, Texas 76203-5017 (“Owner”), and by The Legends Group, LLC (“Construction Manager”), duly licensed by the laws of the State of Texas to provide Construction Manager Services in the State of Texas. The capitalized term “Party” refers to either Owner or Construction Manager individually and the term “Parties” refers to Owner and Construction Manager collectively. The Effective Date of this Agreement shall be the date of last signature by the Parties hereto.
