This Master License and Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Laiye UK Ltd. (“Laiye”) and Customer (“Customer”) named in the signature block, effective as of the date of the last signature (“Effective Date”). Customer and Laiye may be referred to individually as a “Party,” and collectively the “Parties.”
