This Interlocal Agreement for the creation of the Metro Transportation Engineering & Construction Cooperative (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into, by and between the Broward Metropolitan Planning Organization (the “BMPO”) and the undersigned Florida Municipal Corporations, each a Florida municipality or local government unit of the State of Florida (the “Municipal Members”) (collectively the BMPO and Municipal Members shall be referred to as the “Parties”).
