Notice is hereby given that the City of Forest Grove (“City”) is requesting proposals for the FOREST GROVE WATERSHED MANAGEMENT SERVICES to implement the plan. The City desires to enter into a professional services agreement with a qualified individual or firm who can demonstrate competency and experience in managing the adopted watershed stewardship management plan including management of the watershed.
