This contract and applicable attachments represent the entire understanding and agreement between the parties and no oral, implied, alterations or variations to the contract will be binding on the parties, except to the extent that they are in writing and signed by the parties hereto. This contract shall be binding upon the heirs, successors, administrators, executors and assigns of the parties hereto. In the event there are any inconsistencies in the provisions of this contract and those contained in the proposal they will be resolved in accordance with the terms of this contract.
