Please read the entire document carefully. This agreement is made effective for general use of a Chromebook or Device at the school site and upon receipt of a 1:1 Chromebook or Device between the Benton School District (BSD), the student receiving a Chromebook or Device (“Student”), and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian (“Parent”). The Student and Parent(s), in consideration of being provided with a Chromebook or Device, software, and related materials (the “Chromebook and Device”) for use while a student is at Benton School District, hereby agree as follows:
