AND WHEREAS the parties wish to work together by delivering to those Board registered students designated by the Board (the "Students") a post-secondary educational program (the “Dual Credit Program”) enabling those Students to direct their studies to a specific career path while earning credits in both the post-secondary and K-12 system, and assisting in transitioning from secondary to post-secondary education, as is further set out in this agreement;
