This advisory agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between BMO Direct Invest Inc. (“BDI”) and each person named as an Account Holder on the application for the BMO Smart Portfolio Wrap Program (the “BMO Smart Portfolio”, “Wrap Program”, or “Program“). The information you provided upon enrollment is the “Application.” Each Account Holder is referred to herein as “Client.” This Agreement is effective only when BDI accepts and approves it. Client understands that Client may be required to sign additional BDI and other agreements as a condition to participate in the Smart Portfolio Program.
