Box 49, ATTN: Executive Director, Lyons, CO, 80540, and the LYONS REGIONAL LIBRARY DISTRICT, a Title 24 Library District and political subdivision of the State of Colorado (the “DISTRICT”), whose address is 451 4th Avenue, Lyons, Colorado, 80540. LURA and the District may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and may be collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
