This AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made effective this by and between Calaveras County Water District, a California special district (“CCWD”), and Blue Lake Springs Mutual Water Company, a non-‐‑profit corporation and mutual water company (“Water Company”). This Agreement refers to CCWD and Water Company collectively as the “parties.”
