This Agreement applies to the provision of the Hazelcast proprietary software edition (“Software”) and support services for the Software (“Support Services”) to Customer as described on an applicable ordering document (“Order Form”) pursuant to which Customer has purchased a subscription (“Subscription”) for a license to the Software and the right to receive Support Services, as set forth on the Order Form entered into between Customer and Hazelcast or between Customer and a third party authorized to resell the Software and Support Services (“Authorized Reseller”).
