This Stadium Lease Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of May 7, 2015 (“Effective Date”), by and between HAGERSTOWN BASEBALL, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Lessee”), and THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF SPOTSYLVANIA, VIRGINIA (hereinafter “Stadium Owner”). (Lessee, Stadium Owner are sometimes herein referred to collectively as the “Parties” or singularly as a “Party”).
