This Lease Agreement is renewal of a lease entered into in April 2022 between the parties, and is effective as of the 24th day of April 2023, by and between the City of Madison, Alabama, a municipal corporation (“City”), and Huntsville Emergency Medical Services, Inc. (“HEMSI”). HEMSI hereby leases to City, and City hereby leases and rents from HEMSI, the ambulance described above (hereinafter referred to as “Ambulance”), together with all accessories, equipment, and systems incorporated therein and/or affixed thereto.
