, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and among MOBILE COUNTY, a body politic and political subdivision of the State of Alabama, by and through the Mobile County Commission (the “County”), the CITY OF MOBILE, an Alabama municipal corporation (the “City”), and AIRBUS AMERICAS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”). The County, the City and Company are each a “Party” to this Agreement and are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
