(Auction Property Sales) This Confidentiality Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the individual downloading the Property Information Packet (the “PIP”) through the Hudson & Marshall electronic distribution channel requiring electronic acceptance of the terms and provisions of this Agreement prior to such download (“Interested Party”), as of the date of such electronic acceptance and download.
