This agreement establishes the rules that govern the processing of deposited checks through member’s account(s) at the Credit Union using Mobile Remote Deposit Capture. Other agreements you have entered into with Credit Union, including your Membership Agreement as amended from time to time, are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement.
