(hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) provides services to an individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) for international postal delivery of goods through the Meest Shopping on-line service purchased by the individual from the Seller with delivery to the warehouse of the International Representative Office in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Public Agreement.
