This Good Neighbor Agreement (the “Agreement” or “GNA”) is entered into by and between the (need name) neighborhood, and its immediate neighbors and businesses, collectively referred to as “Neighbors”, and Bayaud Enterprises (Bayaud), operating “Housing Works”, located at 4849 Bannock Street. Together, the Neighbors and Bayaud are referred to as the “Parties”1.
