THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into this tenth day of September, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between THE CITY OF BURBANK, a municipal corporation (the “City”) and GOLDER ASSOCIATES INC. (the “Consultant”). The City and the Consultant are herein referred to, individually, as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”.
