EXTENT OF PLAY AGREEMENTExtent of Play Agreement • January 2nd, 2020
This Extent of Play Agreement (XPA) identifies the exercise parameters that should be followed by exercise participants to develop, conduct, control, and evaluate the Outbreak Express 2020 FSE. As agreed to by Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) and local health departments (LHDs), each LHD will be responsible for participating in the exercise according to their local capacity and developing supporting exercise objectives that correspond with their jurisdictional needs. Objectives should be based on existing plans and gaps that have been identified during previous exercises and/or real-world events.
