These Professional Services Terms are incorporated into any Agreement between Entrust Datacard and Customer consisting of (i) the Entrust Datacard Products and Services General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”); (ii) an Order for an Offering that includes Professional Services; and (iii) the applicable Offering Schedule(s). Capitalized Terms not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the General Terms.
