This Settlement and General Release Agreement (“AGREEMENT”) is entered into by and between CHERYL M. UYEDA (“UYEDA”) and the CITY OF LOMPOC, a municipal corporation, acting on behalf of itself and former Lompoc City Library Director JESSICA CADIENTE (“CADIENTE”) (collectively “CITY” or “LOMPOC”), to terminate and release fully and finally all disputes arising out of, or related to, the Actions defined hereinafter and with reference to the following facts1:
