This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective October 6, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), between Cambridge Telcom Services, Inc. (“CTSI”), a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Illinois, with offices at 111 East 1st Street Geneseo, IL 61254 and Frontier North Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin and Frontier Communications of the Carolinas LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (collectively “Frontier”), each with offices at 109 E Market, Bloomington, IL 61701 (Frontier and CTSI may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
